4. Pepper Pike

Despite falling in safety rankings, Pepper Pike stays strong with a highly rated school district (#7), fair housing, and scenic, quiet living.

5. Moreland Hills

Known for back-to-back #1 rankings in safety, Moreland Hills also boasts top-tier schools and a reputation for peace, privacy, and community.

6. Bath

Jumping from #17 to #6, Bath's rising home values ($550K median) and natural park surroundings make it a favorite for those seeking tranquility.

7. Beachwood

With strong education stats (94.1% attendance, 96.8% graduation), Beachwood stands out academically and offers upscale living near top amenities.

8. Brecksville

One of the safest suburbs (#4), Brecksville has seen growth with 152 home sales and offers 13 community services, including free mulch and recycling.

9. Hudson

This active suburb offers 20+ parks, a respected school system (#4), and 245 home sales last year—perfect for families who love the outdoors.

10. Richfield

Diverse, stable, and peaceful, Richfield saw a bump in median sale price ($518,890) and a dip in poverty to 4.2%, making it a solid top-10 contender.

11. Hinckley Township

New to the list, Hinckley ranks #11 in both safety and education and boasts the lowest property taxes in the top 20 ($1,500).

12. Chester Township

Also new to the list, Chester ranks #6 for schools, has low taxes ($1,780), and recorded 100 home sales—a hidden gem gaining attention.

13. Highland Heights

With 94.2% of roads featuring sidewalks and lush golf course views (StoneWater), Highland Heights is walkable and scenic.

14. Kirtland

Holding its spot from last year, this small East Side suburb (pop. 6,913) values preservation, with minimal environmental infractions and treasures like the Holden Arboretum.

15. Solon

Solon is a three-time #1 for schools, highly diverse (34.2%), and successful in home sales (262), making it a consistent favorite.

16. Mayfield Village
